Our ginger is grown in the Volta Region of Ghana, where everything is grown organically. Our ginger is stored in the ground till its ready to be uprooted for export. It is then transported to the
warehouse where it is washed, and prepared for export. We export either as fresh, dried or grinded. We export ginger in medium and large quantities. The colour of our ginger is mainly yellow to
pale yellow. However, depending on the buyer's prescription, we can obtain other ginger with different colour.
