Handy Sampler
Application:
Technogroovy Handy Sampler is used to estimate workplace pollution. Appropriate dust sampling uses wet chemical methods for sampling gaseous
toxins. It can be used to sample various pollutants, including sulfur, nitrogen oxides, halogen, ammonia, sulfides, etc. The particle sample head provided with the system will be useful for
monitoring particles such as silica, cement dust, metal smoke and asbestos fibers. Etc., in the fields of cement factories, foundries, etc.
Operating Principle:
The system uses a small battery-powered pump which is fully contained in ginger to draw air to a suitable absorption solution. If necessary, two
motors in a chain can be used to control 2 gaseous pollutants. An additional rule for identifying suspended particles in the same practice is by using an open sample head that carries a filter
with a diameter of 25 mm. To ensure complete absorption and reduce the absorption loss of evaporation, the sample ginger tubes are placed in an ice tray. Rechargeable batteries are used with
enough storage space to run the system for a full 8 hours, making it easy to compare workers' doses with TLV levels.
