2. Product characteristics
This machine is composed of single elevator (feeding), desorption machine (de-impurity, dust removal), stone removal machine (stone
removal, soil), double elevator (rice and brown rice after cleaning), grain mill (shelling machine), gravity screen (grain rough separation), rice mill (polishing machine) and other main
mechanisms. According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with: screening machine (separating crushed rice), crushing machine (bran, rice bran).
3. Working principle
A. The rice is entered into the desorger by a single elevator to remove impurities and dust in the rice, and the impurities and dust are
discharged through the slag removal machine, and the separated rice enters the stone removal machine;
B. After the rice enters the stone removal machine, under the action of the fish scale sieve, the stones and soil are discharged from the
slag discharge mouth, the second grain rice and the valley are discharged after entering the shakeron under the action of strong efferation, and the rice enters the raw grain channel of the
double hoist;
C. Rice enters the grain machine after the raw grain channel of the double elevator, and after the grain machine will be peeled off, the
bran will be discharged by the extractor fan, and the brown rice and part of the rice will enter the brown rice channel of the double elevator;
D. Brown rice and part of rice enter the gravity screening machine through the double elevator, and the brown rice and rice are
separated, the separated rice enters the grain machine, and the separated brown rice enters the hopper of the rice mill;
E. After the brown rice enters the rice mill, through the action of the sand roller, the skin surface of the brown rice is removed in the
