Kola nut is the fruit of the evergreen kola tree which is found in the rainforest of West Africa. Inside the tree’s star-shaped fruits are white
shells, which contain the seeds or kola nuts. Each fruit contains between two and five kola nuts. About the size of a chestnut, this little fruit is packed with caffeine. Kola nuts have a bitter
