The traditional cotton picker only picks the cotton bolls off of the plant. Once the cotton boll is stripped from the plants a cage type trailer follows behind the picker, and receives loads full of cotton to deliver it to the gin. The round bale system compress cotton into compact bale that are easy to handle and transport in order to improve cotton logistic from field to storage area and gin by replacing cage type trailer and tractors with cotton baler and truck. The truck can carry up to 22 bales. Moreover, the system improve storage in ginning factory.. Advantages of Cotton Baling   Bales are compacted almost up to 3-4 times more than a regular system, enhancing logistics. Also in ginning factories, bales have benefit in order to classify in means of quality cotton and non-quality cotton, this is a very hard process in mass dumped cotton with front loaders. Contamination from ground to cotton, from truck to cotton and from cotton to cotton is prevented by individual bales. Cotton molding due to lint moisture is reduced, prevented and controlled. No need for telescopic tele handler (investment), tractor with loader attachment is sufficient enough. As bales are stored individually a chance of burning and fire being carried into mass of cotton will be prevented.  Bales can be stored outside even under rain and wet conditions as baling protects, storage life and condition increased before ginning, this also increases cotton quality as material not dumped and conveyed back to trucks or trailers. Cotton Baler Machine runs with electric power and it is a green energy product. Helps to reduce carbon foot print in cotton production and cotton mechanization. Cotton Bale production cost per bale is reduced significantly as it is electric cost versus fuel cost.  The Cotton Baler Machine is controlled by a PLC panel and software which minimizes power use and requires very less energy per bale, The Cotton Baler uses 30 kW max as competition goes up to 400 kW. The carbon foot print inside cotton also is reduced because machine reduces carbon output within production chain because of electrical use; Dumping on the ground, Dumping inside the truck, Front loaders usage outside, Front loaders usage inside storage area (especially carbon accumulation happens inside storage area).
