Gravity Racking

Gravity shelf is also called roller shelf, which belongs to the pallet storage shelf in the storage shelf. Gravity shelves are one of the derivatives of crossbar shelves. The shelf structure is similar to that of crossbar shelves. It only has a roller track on the beams, and the track is tilted 3-5 °. Tray cargo is carried by forklift to the shelf loading port, using self-weighing, the tray automatically glides from the inlet to the other end of the loading dock. Gravity shelves are first-in-first-out storage methods. Shelf features 1, the goods are deposited from the high end, slide to the low end, take out from the low end. During the process of cargo sliding, dampers are installed on the slide to control the speed of cargo sliding and keep it within a safe range. A separator is arranged at one end of the slide, and the handling machine can successfully remove the goods at the first plate position. 2, goods follow the order of first in first out.
