insulation and voltage resistance at high temperature and no changes in permittivity and dielectric loss up to high-frequency area. As for its lubricity and mold-release efficiency, friction
coefficient of Boron Nitride does not change up to considerably high temperature in nitrogen atomosphere, which enables use up to approximately 950°C in the air. What's more, because of high
thermal conductivity and high heat radiation, BN can be applied to various kind of heat radiators.
