Insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip means that the thermal barrier strip (its heat insulation property is better than 1250 times that of aluminum profile) is
used to separate and tightly connect two layers (indoor and outdoor) of surface-treated aluminum alloy profiles to form a whole, disconnect aluminum profile to form bridges and effectively
prevent heat transmission. After the insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip undergoes three working procedures (i.e. notched, provided with a thermal barrier strip and
rolled), the thermal barrier strip, which is made of polyamide 66 with 25% glass fiber (namely PA66GF25) is made into the thermal barrier strip notch and securely occluded by aluminum profiles.
