under electrostatic interaction and form a powder coating; upon baking at a high temperature of more than 200℃, powder is solidified into one layer of 60 micron thick firm and shiny coating,
which forms final coating with different effects (due to different types of power upon high-temperature baking, leveling and solidification. The effect of powder coating is to ensure aluminum
alloy profile is surfacely flat, smooth and shiny, has strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and is free from coating pulverization, fade and falling
off under the action of long-time strong ultraviolet radiation and acid rain erosion. Under normal conditions, the service life of powder-coated aluminum alloy profile is 30 years. Its surface
coating will not be faded, discolored and cracked within 5-10 years. Its weather and corrosion resistance are better than those of ordinary aluminum material, with various colors.
