Dhampur Green Icing Sugar is often tagged- “No cake is complete without it!” Apart from all sorts of icings, it is also used to make festive goodies such as shortbread, cream fillings,
marshmallows, and fondants. Courtesy its fine silky texture, it is ideal for icings and butter creams, as it combines easily and dissolves instantly.
You can also use it to sweeten cold drinks, whipped cream, yogurt, fruit purees and sauces. Its fine grind provides a smooth, soft finished texture.
Icing Sugar may harden if not stored properly. Transfer contents from pack to an airtight container and keep in a cool and dry place. Never use a wet spoon to scoop out the sugar.
