We had exported cement of all kinds from 32.5 - 42.5 - 52.5. We do know that your esteemed company is a big company and you are looking for long term partnership in Vietnam for cement supply. We had export our cements (in bulk, in 40 kilo, 50 kilo and jumbo bag, container etc., ) directly or via oversea partners   We hope to have chance to cooperate with you and your esteemed company in supplying cement and other building materials to oversea markets for our mutual benefits.   II. CEMENT STANDARD  1.Vietnam standard (TCVN) - Quality of Cement as per TCVN 6260 - 2009 2. With the development of technology, quality and types of cement have also developed. So there are different types of cement for different construction works.               Types of Cement Cement is mainly classified into two categories depending on the hardening and setting mechanism. These are-         Hydraulic Cement   Non-hydraulic Cement               Along with these main types, depending on the composition and characteristics there are many types of cement.  Followings are the other cement types:         Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC)   Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC)   Rapid Hardening Cement   Quick Setting Cement   Low Heat Cement   Sulphate Resisting Cement   Blast Furnace Cement   High Alumina Cement   White Cement   Colored Cement   Air Entraining Cement   Expansive Cement   Hydrophobic Cement               Nomenclature Differences In the US, three separate standards may apply depending on the category of cement. For portland cement types, ASTM C150 describes: Cement Type          Description Type I                      Normal Type II                     Moderate Sulfate Resistance Type II (MH)             Moderate Heat of Hydration (and Moderate Sulfate Resistance)                             Type III                    High Early Strength Type IV                    Low Heat Hydration Type V                     High Sulfate Resistance For blended hydraulic cements – specified by ASTM C595 – the following nomenclature is used: Cement Type           Description Type IL                    Portland-Limestone Cement Type IS                    Portland-Slag Cement Type IP                    Portland-Pozzonlan Cement Type IT                    Ternary Blended Cement In addition, some blended cements have special performance properties verified by additional testing. These are designated by letters in parentheses following the cement type. For example Type IP(MS) is a portland-pozzolan cement with moderate sulfate resistance properties. Other special properties are designated by (HS), for high sulfate resistance; (A), for air-entraining cements; (MH) for moderate heat of hydration; and (LH) for low heat of hydration. Refer to ASTM C595 for more detail.   However, with an interest in the industry for performance-based specifications, ASTM C1157 describes cements by their performance attributes:  Cement Type         Description Type GU                  General Use Type HE                  High Early-Strength Type MS                 Moderate Sulfate Resistance Type HS                  High Sulfate Resistance Type MH                  Moderate Heat of Hydration Type LH                   Low Heat of Hydration Cements   Portland cement CEM I   Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N   Portland cement CEM I 42.5 R   Portland cement CEM I 52.5 N   Portland cement CEM I 52.5 R   Portland cement CEM I 52.5 R (fc) –   Portland cement CEM I 52.5 R (ft)               Portland-composite cement CEM II   Portland limestone cement CEM II/A-LL 32.5 R   Portland limestone cement CEM II/A-LL 42.5 N   Portland limestone cement CEM II/A-LL 42.5 R   Portland-composite cement CEM II/B-M (S-D) 52.5 N –                      Blast furnace cement CEM III   Blast furnace cement CEM III/B 42.5 N-LH/SR   Product Specifications Characteristics Unit Specification EN 197-1.2011/ CEM I/ 42.5N Result Test methods Compressive strength Mpa     EN 197-1 After 2 days ≥ 10 21.8 After 7 days   34.8 After 28 days ≥ 52.5 47.8 Setting time:       EN 196-1 - Initial time Min ≥ 45 120 - Final time ≤ 420 170 SiO2 %   21.44 EN 196-3 Al2O3 %   5.08 EN 196-4 Fe2O3 %   3.06 EN 196-5 CaO %   58.58 EN 196-6 MgO % ≤ 5 2.46 EN 196-7 SO3 % ≤ 5≤ 3.5 2.03 EN 196-2 Loss on Ignition (LOI) % ≤ 5 4.75 Insoluble Residue (IR) % ≤ 5 2.93 Cl- content % ≤ 0.1 0.02             Clinker 1-525 (M500) Standard Tests The following table contains standard tests for Clinker 1-525 (M500).  Clinker 1-525 (M500) Component  standard test result SiO2 - 22.50 % Al2O3 - 5.50 % Fe2O3 - 3.46 % CaO - 65.46 % MgO <5 1.10 % SO3 <3.5 0.31 % Insoluble Residue <0.70 0.25 % Loss On Ignation <3.00 0.30 % K2O - 0.60 % Na2O - 0.35 % Free CaO - 1.20 % Liter Weight - 1250 g/lit Lime Saturation Factor (LSF) - 91.25 % Silica Modulus (SM) - 2.51 % Alumina Modulus (AM) - 1.59 % C3S - 53.55 % C2S - 24.11 % C3A - 8.72 % C4AF - 10.53 % Clinker 1-425 (M400) Standard Tests The following table contains standard tests for Clinker 1-425 (M400).
