THE PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION: 1. Seller receive request of purchase from buyer and issue full corporate offer to the buyer for introduction of terms and conditions by which cargo will be exported
to buyer’s airport destination. 2. Buyer sign the full corporate offer and send the signed copy to the seller. 3. Seller issue Proforma to the buyer. 4. Buyer instruct his bank to remit funds
according to provision of the proforma invoice and scan the proof of payment document to the seller by email. 5. Seller approves packing list and the total cargo quantity is packaged in jute bags.
6. Seller transport the cargo to the Airlines cargo department and send all shipping documents to the buyer by email. 7. Cargo arrives Odessa International Airport (cargo wing) and buyer clear all
the custom duty and take the cargo to its storage facility for further distribution to the market. 8. Buyer send a confirmation letter to seller confirming successful clearing of the cargo and
(optional) may send a new request for another cargo.
