Durable Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rods For Making Oil Fishing Tools

1. Description of our carbide composite rods Our tungsten carbide composite rods are used for wear parts and cutting. Generally used in oil drilling field and oil fishing tools.  ZZbetter cemented carbide welding rods are made from crushed tungsten carbide grits and copper or nickel based binder. ZZbetter has two types of the hard alloy composite welding rods, one is bare (looks like golden) ,the other is with fluxed-coating (the surface is white). The fluxed coating can help you brazed the composite rods on the tools easier if you don't have rich experience in such work. What's more, the fluxed coating can keep the surface won't be oxidation if you want to keep them for long time before using them. 2. The advantage of our carbide composite rods   a. We only use the carbide grits which crushed from carbide anvil. Because carbide anvil's grade is only use YG8 grade carbide, so our grits is in pure grade. It will makes the performance of our composite rods is stable and wear resistance b. We have rich experience in producing carbide grits, before we produce composite rods. We only produce crush carbide grits for many years. And some of the composite rods factory buy the carbide grits from us.  Our composite rods only use those grits which is rounded and angular shape. c. And another composite part is copper, the material of cooper is very important too. Our composite rods is using 211 copper, making the composite rods in great mobility and easy to be welded. 3. Chemical composition of our composite rods Generally the content of the carbide particles is 60% and 70% . But 50%, 65% and others are available too. The balance of the content is RbCuZn-D, if you have special demands, we also can produce according to it. 4. Carbide particle size a. 1.6 x 3.2 mm or 1/16"x1/8" this size is for wear application b. 3.2 x 4.8 mm or 1/8" x 3/16" this size is for wear application c. 4.8 x 6.3 mm or 3/16" x 1/4" this size is for cutting application d. 6.3 x 7.9 mm or 1/4" x 5/16" this size is for cutting application e. 7.9 x 9.5 mm or 3/8" x 1/2 " this size is for cutting application f. 9.5 x 11.0 mm or 5/16" x 3/8" this size is for cutting application If you need other special size, just let me know, we will produce according it.
