The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rollers, and the stirring drum is driven by the gear box of the motor gear ring, so it can still work stably in bad weather. 2. Transmission system The reducer of the transmission system is a two stage cylindrical gear, the transmission ratio is 6.04248, the ratio of the triangle belt pulley is 2.3912, the speed ratio of the blocking gear ring is 7.1111, and the total transmission ratio is 102.7467. The reversing of the mixing cylinder is realized by the commutation of the motor. 3. Feed mechanism The feeding mechanism is composed of the upper hopper, the climbing ladder, the connecting track and the landing track. The lifting and climbing action of the feeding hopper is driven by the output shaft of the gear reducer box through the feed clutch of the shaft end and the wire rope drum, and the clutch is controlled by a manual joystick. The upper limit position of the hopper is automatically disengaged from the clutch by the position limiting device. 4. Water supply system The water supply system is composed of motor, water pump, regulating valve and pipeline After the electric motor is energized, the water pump can directly inject water into the mixing drum, and adjust the flow of the water through the regulating valve, and the flow is adjusted properly when the factory is ready. The amount of water needed for mixing is realized by controlling the time of the pump motor directly through the time relay in the electric box. The user can select the required time of water quantity according to the flow chart of a given time, and check or amend the diagram regularly. When the water supply, press the button on the left, start the pump, to reach the specified time, the water supply circuit automatically cut off. Rotate the button on the right and press the button on the left to supply water continuously, push the flushing pipe, connect the water pipe, and then wash the surface of the mixer.
