The material of rolling body of the slewing bearing is GCr15 and it is purchased from domestic suppliers with highest quality. The dimension precision of rolling body is very high, it is prohibited for users to disassemble the slewing bearing or change the rolling body, and all of these must be carried out by our company. Our company has specially purchased advanced surface induction quenching tool. The rolling track of the slewing bearing has been treated by quenching, and it can gurantee the hardness of the HRC55-62, and enough hardened layer depth can also be treated by surface quenching according to user's requirement. And hardness is at HRC55 and can guarantee enough depth.
