Silicon carbide crucible supporting furnace type: It can be used in gas generator, gas furnace, coke furnace, oil furnace, resistance furnace, induction furnace, oil furnace, biological particle furnace, etc. Silicon carbide crucibles are used for smelting various non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, lead, and zinc, as well as medium carbon steel and various rare metal alloys. Silicon carbide crucibles are suitable for different processes in the non-ferrous metal industry. Features The silicon carbide graphite crucible produced by our company has the following characteristics: 1. Fast thermal conductivity: with high thermal conductivity, it can greatly shorten the smelting time and cycle, and save energy; it will save 2/5 to 1/3 of energy; 2. High strength: isostatic pressing, no defects in internal structure, high physical strength; 3. Anti-oxidation: unique anti-oxidation design and use of high-purity raw materials to protect graphite and high anti-oxidation performance; it is 5~10 times that of ordinary graphite crucibles; 4. Anti-erosion: low porosity, special additives, effectively resist the erosion of melts such as slag agent; 5. Long service life: Compared with ordinary graphite clay crucible, the service life can be extended by 3-5 times.
