100mg/ml Liquid Testosterone Anabolic Steroid Testosterone Enanthate   Testosterone Enanthate is a generic name of the drug used for men whose bodies don’t produce enough of hormone testosterone. Primarily it is used to treat delayed puberty, hypogonadotropic and primary hypogonadism. Testosterone belongs to a class of drugs called androgens (male hormones), and the therapy that includes testosterone is called Androgen Replacement Therapy. The medication is also often taken as an anabolic steroid to increase muscle growth. In addition to that, Testosterone Enanthate is sometimes used for women to treat breast cancer (metastatic mammary cancer). It is an intramuscular injectable medicine that is widely available in its generic form; other common brand names are Delatestryl and Tesamone.   Difference among Testosterone Types   There are four most common testosterone medications: Testosterone Enanthate, Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone Undecanoate and Testosterone Propionate. The main difference between them lies basicly in the time of the lasting effect that varies due to the structure of their molecules.   Testesterone Enanthate and Testosterone Cypionate are the most common drugs in this group – they are very similar and considered to be slow-acting testosterones. For testosterone replacement therapy, the dosage of about 100 mg to 200 mg is enough for two-three weeks. Testosterone Enanthate and Testosterone Cypionate are almost the same, although the latter is a little bit longer lasting.   The half-life, or the time that is needed for a drug to lose half of its activity, of Enanthate is 8-12 days, whereas Cypionate – 10-12 days. So, if a patient takes testosterone on a regular basis, the number of injections per year would be about 26.   Testosterone Undecanoate is one of the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry. The drug is released in the bloodstream very slowly; the time between injections may be up to 10 weeks, so the number of injections needed per year is only 5. But the dosage is also higher: 750 mg.   Testosterone Propionate, on the contrary, acts very fast. Its half-life lasts only for one or two days. For that reason it is very rarely used for testosterone replacement therapy but can be still used in case of some diseases such as deficient activity of testicles or ovaries due to chemotherapy or primary testicular failure.
