Hi there,
We are working with 36 licensed international 3M distributors around the globe to source 3M 1860's and 8210's.
SOP is simple and no money is exchanged until the buyer can verify the supplies with SGS inspection or personal inspection. Here is the SOP:
1. Buyer sends LOI or CIS with P.O. and POF
2. Seller reviews documents and sets a call with the Buyer
3. Call takes place to verify all procedures.
4. After satisfactory phone call, then Seller will sign off on P.O. and if required by Buyer, then Seller will send a corporate invoice to Buyer. Seller provides
escrow attorney trust account for transfer of funds.
5. Buyer transfers funds to Seller’s attorney escrow account.
6. Once funds are received, then the order will be processed for fulfillment, which will take between 1 to 3 business days to have the product in place for
inspection. No funds move from the escrow account until such time as the product has been inspected.
7. Buyer will be permitted to perform SGS inspection or personal inspection if the Buyer does not wish to pay for an SGS inspection on product.
8. Once inspection is done, then Seller obtains the funds from the escrow attorney. At the time payment is made, then the Seller will issue a Bill of Sale and a
Release for Transport.
9. Buyer arranges for shipping of the product from the point in the U.S., California, Texas, and Florida, where the product is located to where the Buyer wants
it.
10. Seller is signed up to receive allocations each week, if necessary, and sometimes multiple times per week in order to fulfill all orders.
