APPROVED PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCT (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
(1) Seller & Buyer sign SPA. Buyer returns signed SPA with Tank Farm throughput agreement, NOR/ETA/MATB formats.
(2) Within 48hrs, Buyer must issue Bank make cash payment of Forty Million naira for logistics and bunkering of vessel to buyers tankfarm.
(3) SELLER confirms the payment of FORTY MILLION Naira, issues official receipt & acknowledgment accordingly and within five working days issues NOR/ETA to Tank Farm. The pregnant vessel sails
to Buyer's tank farm.
(4) Captain issues MATB & MCL clearance and boards Buyer's Supercargo and Inspector. Upon Attestation report, buyer pays directly to Seller N100m cash.
(5) After Q&Q report is released to both parties and before discharging into storage, Buyer pays (50%) of the entire cargo cost to seller. Seller confirms the buyer's payment and discharge
into buyer's tank begins.
(6) After successful discharging, the Buyer within 72 banking hours pays the balance money less than the earlier amounts paid to Seller initially.
(7) The complete cargo documents are handed to the Buyer.
