We control the blending process, but basically this specification is 60% Polyethylene and Polypropylene plastic bottles, 20 % industrial waste timber and 20% cardboard/paper. We process these
waste stream by shredding the material into >50mmm squares, washing the mix, then blow-drying the mix and packing into 1 tonne x 1.4m x 1.1 x 1.2m bales, that can be lifted 8 bales at a
time onto a vessel.
