JIS ASTM high alumina brick hight-weight refractory insulation materials Remi Description：         Made by flint clay clinker and binder,through Crushing,Mixing,Shaping,Drying and sintering with high temperature .Refractoriness is 1580-1750°C, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450°C, line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance,strong ability to resist erosion acid slag. Widely used as the hot face linings on tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns. For most high temperature kilns, the kiln car platform is built using bubble alumina bricks.In most cases, the bricks are available in shapes such as rectangular, arch, end arch, key and wedge.
