ATAC XC 12 PEDALS INFORMATION
The Time ATAC XC 12 Pedals are the lightest of their off-road family of pedals. They’re great for cyclocross and cross-country mountain biking, and events where shaving every gram you can makes
a performance difference.
They offer carbon-fiber bodies, titanium axles, steel bearings, and adjustable release tension. The last is thanks to the fact that you can adjust the springs into one of three different
settings, which adjusts the tension you need to overcome to get into the pedals and helps you feel secure once in. Stack height is 10.5mm.
The cleats included are Time’s 13/17-degree release cleats. These cleats are designed to go in nose first and can be swapped from left to right, so that one way, they offer 13-degree release,
the other 17-degrees. It depends on how much float you want and how fast you want to get out of your pedals. The cleats weigh 45g per pair.
