gluten-free). Since almonds are high in polyunsaturated fats, the meal will add moisture to your recipe. This is important to remember as it will affect the final outcome of your baked goods. For
yeast dough, it is recommended to add 1/3 cup of almond meal per cup of wheat flour. For non-yeast doughs, it is recommended to substitute 1/4 cup (25%) of the flour in a recipe. With a rich,
nutty flavor almond meal is a great ingredient to use when making cakes, cookies, muffins, bread, and nutrition bars. It is commonly used to make macaroons, almond paste, and marzipan and as a
