We have the privilege of working with all our major Companies Clients,Through our group  partners,we are in position to offer our regular production of Copper Scrap from Tunisia, we can load monthly quantity of 100 Ton  Copper Scrap based on monthly ,hereby introduce this offer with below terms and procedures for our products :  ·         Commodity: Copper Scrap, with the contract for one year only.         Quantity is 100  ton to be loaded based  MT Monthly with contract for one year only.  ·     Contract Term: 12 months minimum (with R & E). ·         Weight: Compressed copper cubes loaded in 20ft container  ·         Price : 10% Minus the LEM price . ·     Delivery : FOB Port monastir - Tunisia Payment Terms: L.C standard terms(L.C  format to be made available ),Seller proceeds in releasing via BANK TO BANK,CAD (Cash Against Documents) L.C to be cleared based on the following documents at the port off loading :- Ø  Documents: Bill of lading in 3 copies original Ø  Certificate of origin Ø  Inspection certificate SGS or equivalent ( In the loading port) Ø  Packing list. Ø  Commercial invoicet. Procedures :- 1/  Buyer issued LOI (with full information bank buer's) to the seller. 2/ Seller Issued Proforma invoice.,Buyer must be signed the invoice.  3/ Seller Sending the draft of the contract to the buyer,Adjustable open contract 4/ The payment is confirmed and the goods are prepared and loaded,(through 7 -14 days). 5/ Seller pays Commissions and possible Rolls and Extension.
