Introduction:

The process of spraying and drying is as follows:
The lateral moving system moves the workpiece from the material placement platform to the conveyor
line, which is then transported forward. After 3D scanning, the cross-sectional features and boundary positions of
the workpiece are obtained; After passing through the reciprocating spraying station, the components are
selectively sprayed from multiple angles using the data obtained from scanning, achieving the predetermined film
thickness and coverage rate; After passing through the drying station, the paint film is solidified using infrared
catalyst; Finally transported to the unloading station and transferred from the horizontal conveyor to the
conveyor line for further processing.
