The tension of the aluminum strip shall be properly controlled to maximize the contact pressure between the bottom of the fin and the base tube, so as to maximize the heat transfer performance. The maximum working temperature is 150 ℃.   Ø  LL type Finned Tubes: ØIt is basically the same as the L-type, but the roots of each fin are overlapped with each other, and the surface of the base tube is completely covered by fins, thus obtaining better corrosion resistance, with the highest. The working temperature is 170 ℃.   Ø  KL type Finned Tubes (Knurled finned tubes): ØIt is basically the same as the L-type. The difference with L-type finned tubes is the root of the fin will be knurled to strengthen the combination on the steel pipe. Such the Fins have a better combination ratio and heat transfer characteristics than L and LL type fins. The maximum working temperature is 250 ℃   Ø  G type Finned Tubes (Embedded finned tubes): ØThe winding edge of the fin is embedded into the groove on the surface of the base tube, and the gap between the groove and the fin is filled back with the material produced when the base tube is grooved, so that the fin is firmed and the maximum heat transfer efficiency is guaranteed. The maximum working temperature is 350 ℃. C.From temperature resistance view, the tension of wound fin decreases rapidly with the increase of temperature, so the contact thermal resistance increases rapidly; However, bimetallic strip rolling can keep stable in a wide temperature range. C.From corrosion resistance view, the bimetal rolled plate type is the best, the L type, LL type and KL type are in the middle, and the G finned types is the worst. C.From pressure resistance view, there are rolling grooves on the inlaid base pipe, which has the lowest pressure resistance and is not suitable for high-pressure occasions. C.From material consumption view, the L/LL/KL types and G type are lower, while the bimetallic rolled type is higher. The aluminum consumption of bimetallic rolled type is 1/3 to 1/2 more than the coiled types. C.From environmental protection view, although the bimetallic rolling plate type has good comprehensive performance, it needs to be washed during its manufacturing process. The acid and alkali used for washing are not only harmful to human health, but also cause serious pollution to the environment.   D.     What is G type Finned Tubes (Embedded finned tubes)? Embedded spiral finned tube is a spiral groove with a certain width and depth pre-machined on the steel pipe, and then the steel strip is embedded on the steel pipe on the lathe. During the winding process, due to a certain preload, the steel strip will be tightly clamped in the spiral groove, thus ensuring a certain contact area between the steel strip and the steel pipe. At present, many countries in the world have carried out a lot of work in the fields of scientific research and development of inlaid finned tubes, scientific research on the principle of heat conduction, strengthening of heat conduction, innovation of special equipment, improvement of design scheme calculation method, and promotion of production and processing technology. Mosaic finned tube is mainly due to the different application places and different use regulations of heat exchanger, so the structure types are also diverse. The shell-and-tube heat exchanger still has the primary impact on its scale and application place. There are also different ways to enhance heat conduction. Embedded finned tube is a kind of finned heat exchange tube with various structures, including annular finned tube, spiral finned tube, vertical finned tube, etc. According to the manufacturing method, it can be divided into coiled fin tube, welded fin tube, cold rolled fin tube and embedded fin tube. When the wall temperature of the finned tube increases, the contact pressure between the fin and the tube will change, and the contact thermal resistance will also change. The variation value depends on the type of finned tube and the initial contact pressure. With the increase of temperature, the tension of the winding fin decreases rapidly, so the contact thermal resistance increases rapidly. Bimetal rolling can maintain stability in a large temperature range. The base tube of finned tube is maintained by fins to resist atmospheric corrosion. Due to different maintenance areas, various types of finned tubes have different atmospheric corrosion resistance. Bi-metal rolling is a method for repairing various finned tubes. In all finned tubes with hot-dip galvanized surfaces, the ability to resist atmospheric corrosion is strong. For chemical plants or coastal areas with some corrosive gases in the atmosphere, attention should be paid to the type selection data and types of finned tubes. Aluminum fins are easy to corrode. The heat transfer performance of finned tubes is related to the contact resistance between fins and tubes, and the contact resistance depends on the contact pressure between fins and tubes. Obviously, the heat transfer performance of welded plate and sleeve plate is better, followed by bimetallic rolled plate, embedded plate and winding plate. After the second rolling, the contact area of KLM finned tube increases by about 50%, which is not affected by the pipe outer diameter tolerance. After repeated cold and hot cycles, it can still adhere to the outstanding touch, so the touch thermal resistance is small and the heat transfer function is high. After adding airflow disturbance, the total heat transfer coefficient of slotted finned tube can be increased by about 20%. Many working pressures of embedded finned tubes depend on the data and wall thickness of the base tube, but also on the type of finned tubes. Rolling (base tube is aluminum copper) has low pressure resistance and is not suitable for air cooler. There is a rolling groove on the embedded pipe, and the working pressure decreases with the increase of the working temperature.     E.      How to maintain finned tubes E. l  Generally, when water is used for circulation at the beginning of the operation, there may be slight leakage. When the temperature rises to the sterilization temperature, the leakage will disappear by itself. If the leakage does not stop, the finned tube must be compressed a little more. If it is still ineffective, it is necessary to open and check the rubber gasket. It is also possible that the finned tubes are arranged in the order of numbers on the fins, which should be corrected. l  Regularly check whether the finned tubes are complete, whether there are deposits, coking, rust layer, and other scaling adhesion, and clean them immediately. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the adhesion between each fin tube and the rubber washer is tight and whether the rubber washer itself is in good condition, so as to avoid leakage caused by rubber washer degumming and damage. l  When the rubber gasket needs to be replaced or the degummed part needs to be repaired, the finned tube shall be removed and placed on the table, and the old gasket shall be removed, or the glue traces in the groove of the finned tube shall be wiped out with fine sandpaper at the degumming position, and then the oil traces in the groove shall be wiped out with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene, and then the back of the new rubber gasket shall be wiped out with fine sandpaper, similarly with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene, the alkene solvent wiped out the oil. Then, apply a thin layer of glue on the back of the groove and rubber washer. Let it dry a little, but it still sticks. That is to say, the rubber washer is embedded in the groove, flattened around, and coated with a layer of talcum powder. Then install the fin tube and clamp it gently. According to the glue instructions, it can be used after a period of time. When replacing the rubber gasket of the finned tube, it is necessary to update all the segments so as to avoid uneven clearance between the fins and affect the heat transfer effect.
