Statex Semi Automatic VTM Dispenser is to measure 0.5 ml to 1000 ml (with 0.1ml increment) of liquid accurately by
measuring (ml) accuracy ±2%.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Two Peristaltic pumps with a single controller; each works independently with the same volume or different volume as per selection.
Joint less tube from suction to delivery end.
Calibration software assists to calibrate the volume, if any variation due to
tube ageing.
Provided a special cap with joint less tube fitting arrangement for easy unscrew and screwing the cap while replacing the
bottle.
Pump speed selectable in three speeds: 60, 90, 120 rpm.
Filling time will be less than 1sec/tube/pump of 3mI VTM at 60 rpm.

Provision for autoclavable comes with a nitrogen cylinder and regulator. Gas to be filled inside the dispensing tube before and after the usage of dispensing.
OPTIONAL: NIGHT SAFETY MODE, nitrogen gas autoclavable inside the tube and
pump. We supply mini nitrogen cylinders and connectors. After connecting the nitrogen gas cylinder, night mode automatically refills nitrogen gas inside the tube and pump until ready
to reuse the VTM. It safeguards the VTM path of the pump and tube from any contamination.
