HOW TO MAINTAIN BAMBOO PRODUCTS
1. General
instructions
Bamboo products are made from natural materials without any harmful chemicals (No preservatives, anti-mold
agent, bleach of dye chemicals). The products are sun dried mostly or smoked.
Therefore, if you use bamboo products, please take care as below:
- Keep in a dry place. Clean after using and let dry properly. Exposure occasionally to direct sunlight for 20-30 mins.
- Wash with water quickly. Do not soak in water too long.
- If you don’t use the product often, wrap them in paper and plastic bags to put away.
- You can sometimes boil bamboo chopsticks, straws, spoons, for extra clean. Then dry properly.
- In high humidity conditions or in humid season, you can put products (except rolled bamboo products) into dryer or microwave (1min,
900W). You can also keep products in refrigerator if possible.
2. Specific
introductions
- Rolled bamboo products:
· Do
not clean in dishwasher. Gently wash by hand.
· Do
not use in microwave/oven.
· Do
not serve with food over 90 degrees Celsius.
- Bamboo chopsticks: Should be changed after using for one year.
- Bamboo steamer: Dried after cleaning, wrap them in plastic bags to put away.
- Bamboo straws: Clean with straw cleaning stick in running water. Let air dry. Can put in dryer or microwave for extra care in humid
season.
