Greetings, I am DIRECT to seller. Please be DIRECT to buyer. Simple procedure as follows for Jet A1 fuel: COMMODITY: AVIATION JET F- A1 FUEL ORIGIN: KAZAKHSTAN MINIMUM QUANTITY: 500,000 BARRELS- FIRST TRIAL LIFT MAXIMUM QUANTITY: 2,000,000 BARRELS AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRIAL LIFT FOB ROTTERDAM PRICE: GROSS US$100, NET US$98 PER BARRELS PROCEDURE F.O.B /CI DIP AND PAY ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON 1. Buyer issues ICPO with banking details along with Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as proof of storage tank availability 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), for the available quantity, buyer signs and returns to seller within its validity 3. Seller pays to Buyer tank for Four (4) days After confirmation of the seller payment from Buyer tank farm, Buyer pays One (1) days to complete the (5) days TSR, and send to Buyer Tank farm for seller to issue Product Injection Schedule. And an NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all parties involved in the transaction and sent to the seller for Endorsement and Notarization. If any extra days for injection, the cost will be handled by seller as long as the first liftable quantity is not above 500,000 barrels. 4. Seller issues following POP documents to Buyer:      a. Injection Report Of Product      b. Dip Test Authorization (D.T.A.) – Unconditional      c. Fresh SGS Report (Not older than 48 hours)      d. Reception Report      e. Product Certificate of Origin (Kazakhstan)      f. Storage Reservoir Receipt with Scanned Barcode      g. Authorization to Sell and Collect (A.T.S.C.)      h. Product Allocation Certificate      i. Endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA by seller, and register & legalized by seller's bank and a copy shall be sent to intermediaries Representative to secure commission payment. 5. Buyer conducts Dip test on the product in Seller Tank and makes the payment for the total value of Product 6. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the Transaction according to the Signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 24 hours of Buyer payment, and send SPA to buyer for one year subsequently monthly shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
