1、概述
CHE系列泵依据API61011th《石油、石化和天然气工业用离心泵》设计制造（GB/T 3215-2007）。
CHE泵根据叶轮结构的不同而衍生出一个系列CHEO（开式叶轮、机械密封）。
结构：CHE系列泵属于中心线支撑、卧式单级单吸悬臂式离心泵。
性能：采用优秀的水力模型，性能曲线平坦，必需汽蚀余量值低，高效范围较广。
应用：产品适用于石油化工行业业，同时也适用于离子膜烧碱、联碱、纯碱、制盐、制药、合成氨、尿素、水处理、电厂氨法脱硫等行业输送清洁或含微量颗粒的无毒或有毒、易燃、易爆、具有腐蚀性或中性的介质或其他液体，也能够满足废水处理以及环保工程配套用泵的要求。

4、 设计特点
对轴系进行了优化设计，刚度和强度有较大的提高，使泵的可靠性得到大幅度提升，延长了泵的使用寿命，同时也能够降低泵在全寿命周期内的操作和维护费用。
该系列泵零部件通用化和标准化程度高，泵零部件及标准件的规格减至最少，降低了泵零部件的种类与规格，便于管理。
当介质温度高于120℃时，轴承箱体设置有水冷系统，可对润滑油进行冷却；泵盖处设置冷却腔，可冷却机械密封腔，改善机封工作环境，延长机封使用寿命。
采用德国专利的自锁垫圈，在泵反转或振动情况下，叶轮螺母不会松动，对操作和安装环境要求有了一定程度降低。
CHE系列泵采用闭式或开式叶轮，大流量泵采用双蜗壳式泵体，可有效平衡非设计工况下产生的径向力；CHE系列泵采用密封环和平衡孔的组合来平衡轴向力。
根据输送介质的不同，可采用各种非集装式或集装式、单端面或双端面机械密封以及相应的密封辅助系统，实现可靠密封和冷却；机封冲洗执行API682标准中的各种方案。CHE系列泵还可采用特殊的机械密封结构，特别适用于含有固体颗粒的介质，同时对用户现场的要求大大降低。
采用径向剖分的结构设计，轴承部件、叶轮、密封体、泵盖等构成一个组合部件，通过使用加长膜片联轴器，无须拆卸管路及电机，在生产装置大修即可进行整机检修和保养；在参考市场上泵的结构及结合实际操作经验的基础上，对轴承系统的结构进行了优化，可实现快速简易拆装，提高了工作效率。

the bearing box body is provided with a water cooling system , and the lubricating oil can be cooled ;
a cooling cavity is arranged at the pump cover , the mechanical
sealing cavity can be cooled , the working environment of the machine is improved , and the service life of the machine is prolonged .
Using German patented self-locking washer, the impeller nut will
not be loosened under the condition of pump reversal or vibration, and the environmental requirements for operation and installation have been reduced to a certain extent.
The CHE series pump adopts closed or open impeller, and the
large flow pump adopts double volute type pump body, which can balance the axial force effectively with the combination of seal ring and balance hole.
According to the difference of conveying medium, all kinds of
mechanical seals of non-container type or container type, single or double end face and corresponding sealing auxiliary system can be adopted to realize reliable sealing and cooling. The machine
seal flushing and executing various schemes in API682 standard. Che series pumps can also adopt special mechanical seal structure, which is especially suitable for medium containing solid
particles, at the same time, the requirement of user field is greatly reduced.
Adopt radial partition structure design, bearing part, impeller,
seal body, pump cover and so on constitute a combination component, through the use of extended diaphragm coupling, no need to remove the pipeline and motor, in the production equipment overhaul

6、泵用材料
CHE型泵过流部件（泵体、叶轮、泵盖、轴套、叶轮螺母、机封压盖等）材质类别有钛及钛合金、锆及锆合金、哈氏合金、镍及镍合金、各类不锈钢、耐磨材质及特殊介质需求的特殊耐腐蚀材质等。
说明：当介质温度较高时，轴承箱体配置冷却系统。该冷却系统为集成式，只需对原轴承箱体简单加工就可安装该冷却系统。

6.Pump material
