Douglas fir is not a native of New Zealand, grown for its
timber properties in the south of New Zealand in the cooler climate area of New Zealand it is available to harvest from forests and wilding area's in southern New Zealand. This oil has a
wonderful smell so sweet and goes well in a defuser. The properties of this oil are well documented.
