Table Formwork is a fast and safe system for the buildings with early
stripping mechanism.

The formwork system contains 3 basic components:
1.The panel:
Plywood type: Bamboo plywood (Recycle times: At least 30 times)
Frame material: Steel Q235, Frame and plywood connected by rivets
Surface treatment: Panel Frame Rails Powder Coated Orange
Size: Max size 1.8m*1.2m, Min 0.6m*0.6m
Weight: Max 43kg/1.8m*1.2m, Min 13kg/0.6m*0.6m
If the bamboo plywood is broken, you can remove the rivets and then replace a new plywood.
2.The prop/shoring system:
With early stripping head. Steel material, duration more than 5 years;
Height 2.2m to 3.5m;
Tube Thickness 3mm;
With extensions, the prop can reach 5.5m;

3.The infill beam for the area around the column, wall, beam etc.
Hang on the prop;
Available working with traditional formwork，thickness 12mm;
Duration more than 3 years.
