Our serial-connected type medium frequency smelting system which has one power cabinet and two furnaces is advanced with high energy saving performance. This set contains a resonant dual
output power cabinet and two furnaces that can distribute output power in a stepless manner between the two bodies. Both of the furnaces can be powered at the same time – one can be used for
insulation while the other can be used for melting, eliminating the need for additional switching devices.
Our serial-connection resonant design ensures the smooth and stable running of the system with a wide load matching range. The rectifying section of the power cabinet is designed for fully open
and high power factor, while the high harmonic is held at a low level.
This smelting system has a higher utilization rate of the transformer which can help save 15% transformer capacity and landline fee than other systems.
Features:
Power from one set of power cabinet can be flexibly distributed to two smelting furnaces, one for smelting and one for insulation. This allows for an uninterrupted supply of molten iron in the
pouring line.
This smelting system, consisting of one power cabinet and two furnaces, enables a simultaneous melting of raw material, which makes it suitable for large part casting process as well as for
casting process with any tonnage, big or small.
