How it works The heat pipe solar collector absorbs solar heat mainly by the vacuum tube and the heat pipe. When the vacuum tube absorbs solar heat, it transfers the heat to the aluminum fin inside, and the aluminum fin is in good touch with the heat pipe, so it transfer the heat to the heat pipe. As soon as the heat pipe is heated, the liquid inside it will become steam and rise up to the condenser part, and release the heat to the water that goes through it, and then the steam will become liquid again and restart the circulation.
