OUR PRICE & DISCOUNT:$12/8 NET TO THE BUYER
1. Buyer and Seller finalize Contract terms.
2. Seller issues draft contract to verified and serious Buyer, Buyer Signs And returns to Seller for final endorsement the contract SPA.
3. Seller Acknowledges the signed contract and Seller's Bank Pre- Advices Buyer's Bank Via MT199 to give 5% Performance Bond of $1m USD BG for Cargo Logistics and Buyer's Bank responds Via MT199
stating $1m USD Bank Guarantee availability for Seller's 5% performance guarantee upfront to be issued and also confirm FUNDS Availability to make full Payment of 2 Million BBLS Cargo to
NNPC/Seller's Nominated Bank. (Bank to Bank communication will be opened before pre-advice is sent).
4. Seller's Bank issues 5% performance guarantee to Buyer and Buyer's Bank issues banking instrument $1m USD BG (For One Million USD Only) to cover logistics costs.
5. Seller confirms BG and Seller nominates and loads Vessel for bunkering to 10 to 12 Nautical miles off Tema port Ghana Waters within 72 hours for both boarding and QnQ analysis in Ghana. Then
Seller instruct pregnant Vessel Captain to issues NOR/ETA.
6 Seller instructs Vessel Captain to issue MATB to Buyer's Supercargo and inspectors to conduct QnQ analysis immediately.
7. After successful QnQ Report is sent to both the Seller/Buyer, Buyer's logistics $1N BG crystallizes into Cash for Cargo Logistics and Documentation preparation cost, And Buyer issues
full MT103 to Seller for total cargo less 1/one million USD BG.
8. Seller re-assigns original cargo documents in Buyers name and introduces Buyer to Vessel handlers for charter.
9. Buyer recharters Vessels and instructs his bank to nake final payment for the total cargo delivered to seller and agents.
10. Vessel sail of to Buyer's POD. All Facilitators commission will be taken on Buyer's side of commission.
