From country kits with language specific instructional manual and recovery media to hardware component such as power cords which are region/country specific.  We have since transferred this technical experience to our client a global medical device and healthcare equipment manufacturer. This project involved supply localization for their Invitro Diagnostics Instrument Package. Mentor Media provided suppliers sourcing, IFU printing per client’s request, turnkey management, kitting, and shipping to their regional DC. We incorporate valued added features such as quality assessment, material compliance review and site audits. Providing First Article validation and qualification for client approved prior   production commencement.
