Solubility: Soluble in ethyl acetone, acetone,
dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, ethyl alcohol. Not easily soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application:
1) Used for NR, IR, SBR,
NBR, HR and EPDM.
2) Used as a combination of DM,TMTD and many others
basic accelerators for higher activity.
3) Used in metal industry, homemakers, health services,
laborites, building industries and shoemakers. Such as, tires, medical devices, tubes, shoes, gloves, rubber in undergarments and clothing, swimwear, fungicide, condoms and diaphragms.
4) Used as a corrosion inhibitor in soluble cutting oils and antifreeze mixtures; in greases, adhesives, photographic-film emulsions; detergents;
veterinary products, such as tick and flea powders and sprays.
Storage: Keep
