Strata Pest Control

KR Pest Control is the preferred pest control company for dozens of strata companies across NSW. To keep a strata complex pest free, the key service is regular pest control treatments of the common areas. Our treatments provide control and prevention from cockroaches, spiders, ants, silverfish and rodents. For optimal results, quarterly visits are recommended. We provide a customised treatment proposal to suit the unique environment of your strata plan. This will include treatment areas, products used and preferred treatment times. A notice is distributed to residents at least one week prior to our treatment. Notices outline the areas to be treated, time of treatment, safety requirements and opens a channel of communication between residents and our pest technician, giving them the opportunity to discuss concerns or issues they may have encountered within the strata plan. We also offer residents half price services of their units/townhouses/shops. KR Pest Control offer a 24 hour call out service for contracted strata plans. After each service KR Pest Control will submit a detailed report outlining findings, recommendations, risk assessment and works completed directly to your strata manager.
