EP270 heavy duty automatic cnc beam saw machine for furniture cutting   Product Description The machine is mainly used for all kinds of density boards, shaving boards, wood-based panels, ABS panels, PVC panels, organic glass plates and solid wood cutting.  Feature: Precision helical rack and pinion drives ensure smooth and dynamic running even at the highest speed, at the same time reducing noise to the miniumum. Main saw motor is linked to the saws by V-ribbed belt that results in the clean precision cut. Cutting is automatically adjusted to the size of the panels according to the value set-dramatically reduces the cycle time. Saw blades are easy to be loaded and unloaded in an efficient manner. The main saw and the scoring saw with electronic lift feed on the linear guide that obtains lasting straight- line precision and rigidity and guarantees excellent cutting finish. Packaging & Shipping The cnc center is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing. Fasten the cnc machine into the wood case for safety and against clashing. Transport the wood case into the container.  Our Services We provide 12 months warranty for the machine.   Consumable parts will be replaced free during the warranty.
