Low melt EVA valve bag is a new type of packaging bag suitable for automatic filling machines. It is mainly used for packaging of rubber and plastic
mixing materials as a substitute for traditional kraft and PE bags. Using the EVA valve bag, there is no need to seal it when packing the materials and unseal it when putting the materials into a
mixer.
High speed and quantitative filling can be achieved by placing the valve port on the top or at bottom of the bag to the material filling mouth of the
filling machine . Different valve types are available to match different filling machines and materials. The valve bag is made of new materials developed by our company, featured with low melting
point, good compatibility with rubber, solid and high impact resistance. After filled the bag turns into a cuboid, can be piled up neatly. It is suitable for the packing of various particles,
powders, and ultra-fine powders.

EVA valve bags with different melting points are available according to customer’s requirement. They have good meltability and dispersity in the rubber
and plastic, and are applicable to various filling machines.

EVA valve bags have good chemical stability, no toxicity, good environmental stress cracking resistance, weather resistance and compatibility
with the rubber materials. Decomposed products of the bags can be easily mixed and compatible with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), Solution polymerized
butadiene styrene rubber (SSBR), polyisoprene rubber, high styrene resin, without affecting the physical and chemical property of the rubber, and it can be used as an effective ingredient of the
rubber formula, reducing the production cost and packing waste.
l These bag are mainly used for big packages (10-25kg) of various particle and powder materials
(e.g. CPE, carbon black, white carbon black, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate) in the rubber industry (tyre, hose, tape, shoes), plastic processing industry (PVC, plastic pipe and extrude ) and
rubber and plastic additives industry.
