YCB012 Lower CBN content, finer grain structure in PCBN grade, high hardness (HV3200-3500), good thermal stability and relatively low thermal conductivity, mainly for High-speed, high-precision continuous or minor intermittent cutting for hardened steel (HRC45-65) ,it is recommended to use dry cutting. CA1000 Al2O3+Ticn matrix, higher abrasive resistance, suitable for continuous processing for hardened steel,ductile ion. CN2000 Si3N4 matrix, high abrasive resistance and good toughness combination, suitable for hardened just, gray cast iron continuous, intermittent turning.
