Products featurers:
1) The valve stem bearing use "copper
sleeve", which with good wear and
corrosion resistance. Although cost is 50% higher than other
materials, prolong
the service life by 60-70%;
2) Rubber seat contains over 50%
rubber, with stable resilience and tension. Although the cost is 30%
higher than that of similar products in the market, its service life can be extended by 1-2 years; valve seat option with PTFE, NBR, EPDM, FKM etc.
3) Material of worm gear includes gray iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc;
4) Based on different valve size and differnet opening torque, worm gear includes small torque, medium torque, large torque, single gear, double gear, tripple-gear etc;
5) With Different settings can be customerized, such as: Worm gear+signal, worm gear+indicator, worm gear+solenoid, worm gear+bracket, worm gear+ Siemens electric controller, worm gear+
indicator light and other configurations are avialable.

1. Valve
body & disc casting
A. Automatic wax mould machine makes wax pattern production with high efficiency, saves time also guarantees wax pattern without deforming;
B. Automatic pulp mixer is used for shell making , the slurry is fully and evenly stirred, which makes the shell stronger, and valve body without air hole after casting;
C. Steam boiler is used for automatic de-waxing, which makes the inner cavity of the shell is clean and neat, guaranteed highly work efficiency.
D. Spectrum analyzer test each batch of valve body, ensures valve body meet with standard.
2. Machining
The machining workshop is equipped with over 20 kinds of machine tools, such as general lathe, vertical lathe, boring machine, drilling machine, etc., ensures the processing of valve
bodies with different materials and sizes;
3. Assemble
Strictly control the assembly process, take every detail seriously, prevent leakage and achieve high quality valve.
4. Inspection
Different size valves equipped with special pressure testing machines, makes valve sealing performance test accurate and effective.
6. Quality & Service Warranty
1) Material:
We analyze the materials of valve body and disc with spectrometer, issue material
test report to
customers;
2) Pressure:
We proceed pressure
test to ensure pressure
test reaches 18kg (International standard 16kgs);
3) Packing:
We use plastic bubble bag, paper box and plywood box triple
packing, to ensure valve surface is not scratched and does not move during transportation;
4)
Transportation:
To avoid the impact of bumps and bad weather during transportation, van type trucks are used for transportation and distribution;
5) Installation
guidance: We
provide remote service and installation guidance, free arts are available during
warranty period;
