Features:
1. The rotating speed is governed by frequency converter so that rotating speed can be adjusted anytime depending on product viscosity to avoid delamination and
precipitate;
2. The transmission system incorporates a reduction box with braking function and an automatic positioning system, ensuring the crate guide rail of the rotating body stays
horizontal with trolley guide rail and other guide rails of matched equipment after rotation stops;
3. The sterilization water after preheating, the starting point of sterilization temperature, shorten the sterilization time, protect the quality of the
product;
4. Save energy and increase output. Two sterilization pot at the same time using a pot of hot water work;
5. Products can avoid air contact during the whole process, leading to zero cold air in kettle. The optimized water circulating system ensures balanced heat distribution
in kettle;
6. Peak pressure value can be avoided by controlling back pressure via stream inlet and outlet, largely reducing packaging material damage;
