How to Use - Rack Manual
1. Pull in the handle until it stops
2. Slowly lower the handle to the end
3. Lift up the front wheel of the bicycle
4. Place it on the rack safely
5. Holding the handle of the rack, Pull it up slowly.
6. Push out the handle all the way to, The end until it clicks.
