Press the power/mode button shortly with the power on to switch to the next mode. Make sure to grab the ion terminals on both sides of the device when using it. 1. Anti-aging mode (heating & micro-current & micro-vibration) When the mode starts, the power/mode button flashes in red with a beep sound and preheating starts. Preheating takes about 1.5~3 minutes.
