Biscuit cream sandwiching machine is produced as single row and
dual-channel or double-row and four-channel.
Capacity for biscuit cream sandwiching machine:
Single row two-channel: 600 pieces/minute
Double-row four-channel: 1200 pieces/minute
The biscuit flow is realized through the pneumatic vibrated channels.
Cream mixing tank has a capacity of 120 kg. and it is completely made
of stainless CrNi material.
Cream is transferred from the tank to cream sandwiching machine
through spiral pump.
The machine allows the cream sandwiching of both round and foursquare
(square or rectangular) biscuits.
Standard dimensions change depending on the shape of the biscuit:
Round Biscuits: diameter size minimum 32, maximum 58 mm.
Foursquare or Rectangular: length or width size minimum 32 mm,
maximum 50 mm.
