Sprayed High Flux Tube
The coating on sprayed high flux tube is formed by spraying guns which melt and spray the compound of Ni-wrapped Al powder and pore-forming materials.
This can only process the outside surface of high flux tube, which has only 50% of heat transfer efficiency of sintered high flux tube, 10% service life of sintered high flux tube. But it is
easy to manufacture and much cheaper.
