Corrosion resistance is not high, and often with anodic oxidation and painted or sadded clad layer method on surface in order to improve corrosion resistance. 2A12 aluminum is used mainly for the production of high-load parts and components (but not including stampings forgings) such as skeletal parts on the plane, skins, bulkheads, wing ribs, trailer wheel, spars, rivets and other working parts below 150 ℃.
