The Sinty UD fabric is made of two plies of unidirectional UHMWPE fiber as the substrate and then they spread out by high technology equipment. The fibers are glued with thin film by using high-strength elastic resin dipping in gumming. Then two composite plies of fibers are pressed in 90° and we get the Sinty non-intersection unidirectional fabric. The outward feature is white and thin fabric slices. The best composite material with highest impact resistance is the unidirectional non-intersection fabric material. There are two aspects showing that the Sinty UD fabric is suitable as ballistic material: Firstly,the bullet fragments formed after the breakage of the projectile body will be bounced off. Secondly, the kinetic energy of bullets will rapidly be transmitted to larger areas and the energy will easily decrease sharply in short time.  The reasons of choosing Sinty UD fabric 1)Good radiation and UV resistance. 2)Excellent corrosion, acid and alkali resistance. 3)Smooth surface, low friction coefficient, not easy to fluff. 4)the elongation at break is 3.5%, bending fatigue property is better than that of  Kevlar fiber. 5)Extremely high resistance to cutting and abrasion. Scrathy thermal stability, melting point ≥ 135 ℃. 6)The density of fiber is 0.97, so the weight of Sinty UD fabric is much less than other materials. 7)The Strength is 40% higher than that of  Kevlar fiber, 2 times of carbon fiber, highest strength of chemical fibers. Application Bulletproof Material: soft body armor, light bulletproof helmet, light bulletproof armor plate, anti-thorn, anti-cutting clothing lining and special public anti-riot facilities.
