Payment : Swift Transfer  Carat : 22+ Price: $29,000us/kg Payment Terms :  Buyer pay 7% cash or Wire transfer after inspection and test of the gold to enable Seller pay the Government taxes, document, insurance, custom, air freight cargo, etc; which will be deducted from the final payment of the gold after delivery and assay in Buyer refinery. Agreement Duration : (1) One Year with Rolls and Extensions. Procedures: 1. The Seller or his Mandate issue a full corporate offer - FCO  2. Buyer pay 7% cash or Wire transfer after inspection and test of the gold to enable Seller pay the Government taxes, document, insurance, custom, air freight cargo, etc; which will be deducted from the final payment of the gold after delivery and assay in Buyer refinery.  3. Buyer and Seller representative will fly in the same flight with 500kg from Mali to buyer refinery every month. 4. Buyer is responsible for their ticket and Buyer pays the balance 93% by wire transfer in 72 hours after delivery and assay of the gold in  refinery and deduct previous expenses of 7% paid for the shipment.
